2. Individual online sessions and coaching meetings are conducted online.
3. Information discussed during individual meetings is completely confidential. I handle, store, and destroy any records, including electronic files and communication content, created during professional interactions in a manner that ensures confidentiality, security, and privacy.
4. Responsibility for the client's results is shared equally: 50% on me, 50% on the client.
5. I respect the right of either party to terminate the coaching relationship at any time and for any reason.
6. I strive for the highest quality of my coaching through continuous learning, professional, and ethical development.
7. I do not engage in any sexual or romantic relationships with clients. I will always pay attention to the appropriate level of intimacy in these relationships and take appropriate actions to resolve the situation or terminate the relationship if necessary.
8. I avoid discrimination, adhering to principles of fairness and equality in all my actions, respecting rules and cultural characteristics. This includes but is not limited to, no discrimination based on age, race, gender expression, ethnic origin, sexual orientation, religion, national origin, disability, or military status.
9. Payment for individual online meetings is made in packages of 5 or 10 sessions.
10. Canceling or rescheduling a meeting is only possible 24 hours before the scheduled time. If the client cancels or reschedules less than 24 hours in advance, the meeting is considered conducted and paid for. In this case, no refund will be issued.
11. The client is NOT obligated to follow my recommendations, complete assigned exercises, or agree with my opinion. The choice to follow my recommendations lies entirely with the client.
